By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND SERVICES Our products are custom printed and manufactured on-demand upon receipt of a customer's order. Because items are custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will perfectly match the physical printed item. Minor color and placement variations are normal in custom printing processes and do not constitute a manufacturer defect. SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CUSTOM DESIGNS All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital designs, is the property of 28 House Empire or our content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. SECTION 6 - RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND EXCHANGES Our Return and Cancellation rules are strictly governed by our custom manufacturing process: - Cancellations: Because orders are submitted automatically to our printing partners immediately upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. - Buyer's Remorse & Sizing: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selections. Customers are required to review our sizing charts carefully before placing an order. - Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with a verified printing defect or physical damage, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund. You must contact us at 28houseempire@28houseempire.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and high-quality photo evidence of the issue. SECTION 7 - INCORRECT ADDRESS & SHIPPING If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 28 House Empire is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
