Time Limit: Any claims. for misprinted damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Damaged or Defective Items Once verified, we will happily arrange a free replacement order or a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
Cancellations & Exchanges Because our products are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Incorrect Address & Shipments If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Refunds If a refund is approved for a damaged item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
